At Evolution, fitness training is our passion and specialty and, likewise, our facility is craftfully designed to take full advantage of the latest, most creative (and more importantly) most effective training techniques available in the industry today.   We offer one-on-one personal training sessions designed specifically to the individual's goals, needs, wants, and lifestyle.  Personal training is by far the most effective and efficient way to see results.  You can expect the highest possible level of customer service, professionalism, and expertise here at Evolution.  A personal trainer holding multiple current certifications and many years of expertise will skillfully design and continue to evolve a customized workout specifically catered to your goals, your abilities, your schedule, and your budget.  When health & fitness is more than a job, the difference is obvious.   You'll immediately see we're not the entry-level and/or part-time employees at the Big Box Gym down the street.

Take advantage of technology and train from ANYWHERE.  Utilizing app-based live streaming, we can train you from the comfort of your own home, backyard, hotel, ANYWHERE!  Just like with traditional 1-on-1 personal training, each workout is customized to YOU.  Your goals and abilities. And utilizing whatever equipment you have access to!  No equipment?  No problem!  Our experience and innovative approach allows us to create the most effective workouts possible even with little to no equipment.  Bye bye excuses!
